Character Background= Milosh was born into a family of Dark Wizards in Cardiff, Wales. His father supports Voldemort's movement and the Death Eaters, even though he is not a Death Eater himself. His mother, on the other hand, mother was murdered by Voldemort and thinks his father is complete rubish at times. Each are Aurors at the Ministry of Magic. He is the eldest out of all his siblings, making him think he has alot of authority, brains, and importance.

Personality traits= Milosh is a determined boy. He is very smart, but his cunning ability and sense of authority tend to get in the way off that (In other words, he makes stupid decisions.). He has a very dark personality and it shows-often.
