Character Background= Jonathan was born in Paris, France. His parents were visiting his uncle, who was on location for his job as an Auror. His parents, who each came from long lines of witches and wizards, an occasionally Muggle here and there, both used to have jobs at the Ministry of Magic.
His mother, who used to be an Auror, quit before Jonathan was born. The thought of staying home with her children appealed to her more than working with employee's she couldn't stand.
Jonathan's father is still employed at the Ministry in the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures, Beast Division. Since his father is so employed, the entire household enjoys the company of animals, often taking in strays and raising many magical creatures.
Jonathan is considered the brains of his family. He is usually the one who everyone goes to for answers. Since he is the eldest son, he is the one responsible for the younger ones whenever his parents are away, thus giving him a sense that he has alot of authority and is a very responsible teenager.

Personality traits= Jonathan is very quiet, but never afraid to speak his mind. He is the one found curled up with a book or with a close friend while everyone is celebrating or doing all sorts of odd things. He, like his siblings, see the best in everyone.
