Draco ran to the doors out side and immediately started to pack a tight snow ball. He hid it behind his back and waited for Magdalene to catch up. He smiled with a gleam in his eyes when she reached the door.

Magdalene smiled. She knew a snowball was coming. She could see it in his eyes. She walked forward carefully.

"Why be shy? It's just a snow ball, see?" he said as he pulled out the packed snowball. Looking at her then the snowball, his smile faded, "Well, you weren't technically supposed to see that..." he shrugged and brought his arm back to throw it at her. Letting it loose, and it landed at her feet. He smiled again. "See? Nothing to be afraid of... I think..."

Magdalene smiled and laughed. "What a pitiful throw." She commented. She bent down and balled some snow up. Without really thinking, she threw the packed ball of snow at draco. It hit him in the chest. She laughed uncontrolably

He looked at the laughing girl and picked up a pile of freshly fallen snow. Walking over to her he dumped it on her head. "That was for your good aim" he said. "And this is for you." He layed down in the snow and made a perfect snow angel. Then he spelled her name at the top to imply that the snow angel was her. "There. Snow ball fight and then we go in?" he asked. "I know for sure that my clothes are already soaked." he said looking down at his now wet jeans and shirt.

Magdalene smiled. Draco was nicer than most of the girls around here said he was. Anne and Milosh were going to love to hear that. She brushed the snow off her head and looked down at the snow angel Draco had just made. Her name was written above it. "Let's go in. I may not be soaked, but you really are." She said, smiling at the wet Draco.

He laughed. Once they got back to the common room, Draco said "Ah, now I have to dry these clothes. And this is my favorite shirt too." He went over to the fire place and stripped off the wet shirt and hung it do dry from the heat. "I'll be right back." he said. He went to the third year boys dorm and changed jeans. When he got back, he sat down in a comfortable chair and looked at Magdalene. Her mind seemed to be else where so he let her be.

Magdalene watched as Draco removed his shirt. Boys were something else when it came to their bodies. She just didn't know why they did it. Draco said something about being right back and Magdalene was lost in her thoughts. She thought about all the boys she knew and how they always seemed to be shirtless whenever possible in front of her. All of them exceot Milosh and that one guy Riley. After thinking all of this, she concluded that boys were just stupid and continued to look blankly at the fire.

Draco laughed at the expressions passing over her face. Though he did enjoy watching her. He looked to the window to see that the snow was coming down harder now. Getting an idea, Draco stood and silently crept to the door. Minutes later, he came back and slowly made is way to the back of Magdalene's chair. He smiled. Holding his hands over her head, he let the pile of snow fall down onto her. Then he leaned on the back of the chair and waited for her to react.

Magdalene jumped out her chair. The snow had gone down the back of her shirt and it was VERY cold. She glared at the back of Draco's head before raising her wand. 'Accio snowball!' She whispered. A small pile of snow quickly zoomed through the window she just opened and smacked Draco in the head. She laughed and went to stand in front of the fire to warm herself up.

Draco wasn't expecting that! He held his head in mock pain and went to stand next to her. He was getting cold without a shirt, but he would never admit it. He stared into the fire, completely mesmerized. He liked the glow of the red flames and the logs snapped and cracked as they were heated even more.

Magdalene laughed. Tonight was more fun than she expected. She stood by Draco as he watched the fire. She played with a small stocking that was left on top of the mantle.

Draco was interrupted from his deep thought when his stomach growled. 'Must be lunch time' he thought. He felt his shirt, and knowing that it was now dry, he pulled it down over his head, before running upstairs to get his house robe. Pulling it on, he went back down stairs and stood on the steps to the door. "Magdalene, do you want to go to lunch now? I'm starved!" he said clutching his stomach.

Magdalne shrugged her shoulders. "Sure, why not?" She replied. "Just let me go and get something first." She had just remembered that she did write some letters to her friends. She ran up to her room and grabbed them. she went back down to join Draco, who was standing near the Common Room door.

"Who are the letters for?" he asked as they made their way up to the Great Hall. He was still looking at the letters when he felt his shoulder bump into someone. Turning around, he found it to be Granger. "Watch it mudblood!" he said. 'Good thing Potter and Weasel weren't around.' he thought. He watched in satisfaction as anger crowded her face and the tears started to brim her eyes. Turning around, he continued walking and soon caught up to Magdalene.

"Milosh, Anne, and my parents." Magdalene answered. She was starting to get hungry herself as they neared the Great Hall. She could smell the food.

"Oh..." he said as his stomach growled even louder. They entered the Great Hall and he immediately spotter Zabini. "Come on!" he said and headed over to his friend. They had agreed to stay together so that Draco wouldn't kill himself of boredom.

Magdalene wasn't very fond of Zambini, for he was like all of the other Slytherin boys. But since she was stuck with them for the rest of her school years, she had to put up with him. She smiled and waved at the younger boy, who smiled back and almost knocked over a jug of pumpkin juice. Magdalene giggled and sat in front of him.

Draco slapped Blaise up side the head. Sitting down, he started to fill his plate up for his meal, soon being dragged into a conversation about the upcoming Quidditch season. They needed to beat Gryffindor if they were going to win the final game this year.

OOC: Do you want to end this post soon? I am running out of responses and things to do. We should definitely end the other one in another two or three posts.

Magdalene sat for a few minutes, watching the two boys chat and joining in when she thought necessary. She was full now and she needed to mail her letters. "Draco, I really need to get these mailed. I'll see you around!" She stood and made her way out of the Great hall. She was glad she had found a friend within the 'Slytherin Prince.'
